Database
A database has been created for research subjects who would like to be contacted when they qualify for a study. If you would like to add your child(ren) to the database, complete and sign the Research Subjects Database form and return it to our laboratory. If your child has a hearing loss, we will contact you to determine the type and degree of the hearing loss so that we can better determine the studies that your child may participate in.
When your child has been matched to a study, we will contact you. You will be given detailed information about the study so that you can decide if your child would like to participate. You are not obligated to participate in each study; only those that you are interested in.
